FAQs

  • Pilates Place teaches in such a way that every class is designed for all levels. Instructors are trained to offer modifications and progressions for every exercise allowing you to tailor the class to your ability. If you are pre/post natal or have a current injury we strongly suggest private sessions with our well-qualified instructors until ready for group sessions.

  • In order to experience the most benefits it is recommended to come consistently 2-3x/week.

  • Arrive 5 minutes early to meet your instructor and receive a briefing on the apparatus.

  • It is recommended to wear comfortable fitness attire with no buttons or zippers. Please do not wear any metal rings as it could damage the equipment. Socks are not recommended unless they are gripper socks which can be purchased at the studio.

  • Pilates Place will allow anyone 14 years and older. Minors are required to receive consent from a parent or legal guardian in person upon their first class. Please note Pilates Place reserves the right to refuse service to anyone should we feel there is not a mutual fit.

  • All membership cancellations or membership changes must be in writing 30 days prior to auto pay. You cannot sign up for a membership and cancel on the same day. Upgrading/downgrading a membership is subject to a FEE if it happens within 60 days of purchase/latest change.

  • Our late cancel window is 8 hours prior to your scheduled class time. If you Late Cancel or No Show you will lose that class. All No Shows result in an automatic $10 charge.

  • All schedule changes or cancellations are done BY YOU within your account. We do not need to be made aware of your changes.

  • If you are a current and consistent client please inform your instructor if you are pregnant or injured so modifications can be made. If you are a new client private sessions are recommended.
