Membership Change Requests
Membership Cancelation/Change Policy: All membership cancelations or changes must be in writing 30 days before autopay using our online form. DO NOT PURCHASE A 2ND MEMBERSHIP IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE ONE. You cannot sign up for a membership and cancel on the same day. Upgrading/downgrading a membership is subject to a $25 FEE if it happens within 60 days of purchase/latest change. Pilates Place does not allow clients to pause memberships. Memberships can be canceled (with a 30-day notice using our online form) and repurchased when ready. Classes do not roll over if they are not used.
